Many building and structures found in renovation projects have elements of wood. This may have been previously painted or coated. It has become very popular to have wooden beams for example restored to their natural beauty.

Shot blasting can be used for anything from light paint removal to heavy distressing. We can use the techniques to make the wood look aged and bring out the texture, this is often useful when matching new materials with existing.
